All products on website include shipping in the price. The price you see is what you pay. Your order will ship from warehouse within two days (contingent upon stock level) if order is placed on weekend or holiday, it will be processed next available business day. Once item ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. If item is out of stock, you will be notified immediately, and given the choice to wait until item is received into warehouse at a later date, or you may reselect an in stock item or request full immediate refund for entire purchase.

If you live in a walk up building and do not feel that it is safe to leave packages unattended, you may pick up at DeskTop USA on corner of E.95th/Lexington Avenue. Please let us know in the notes upon check out.

No returns, only exchanges for wrong product shipped or if arrived damaged. For exchanges, please send us a photo for reference within less than 14 days after shipping.  Cardboard Room Dividers are not returnable or exchangeable.

In the unlikely case you receive a damaged item due to shipping, please keep all the packing materials and call us at 646-342-6374 or email us at urbanaccentsnewyork@gmail.com within 14 days to have the item picked up and to schedule a replacement.
